Horoscope Overview
You are enthusiastic and passionate about cultural, religious, political, academic, media, and/or travel related activities. Your partner is joining you for most of the fun and adventure. There are times when the two of you argue and disagree, but most of the time, you are getting along really well. Your love life is booming and you are able to come to legal and diplomatic agreements with your enemies. Also, Neptune is no longer causing “fogginess” in your professional life, so it will be a lot easier to experience clarity in this area of your life.

From November 16th through March 23rd, Saturn and Neptune are joining forces on your behalf. Saturn is still in your personal wealth, salaries, wages, assets, net worth, and self-worth sector trying to teach you life lessons about your finances. And Neptune is still in your daily work, coworkers, to-do lists, chores, productivity, physical fitness, and feeling useful sector trying to help you to experience a bit of “magic” in these areas of your life. In early February, Neptune will relocate to your marriage, best friends, business partners, rivals, enemies, and competitors (think yin-yang) sector. Together, Saturn and Neptune combine logic and intuition, practicality and spirituality, critical analysis and compassion in a lovely manner. To begin with, this is a wonderful time for you to find creative ways to achieve your financial and professional goals. You can get a lot accomplished and increase your self-confidence while doing so. Later, after Neptune moves into his new location, they are promoting your joint financial activities. You and a spouse, best friend, or business partner can create budgets, open joint bank accounts, launch financial goals together, etc. From Neptune’s new location, we could see your spouse, best friend, or a business partner helping you to achieve your financial goals or they are helping to boost your sense of self-confidence.
From December 11th through February 6th, Jupiter and Saturn are opposing each other. Jupiter has been traveling backwards through your long-distance travel, relocation, languages, cultures, religions, laws, politics, universities, mass media, and global awareness sector. He is extremely close to the borderline as if he is going to move back into your trust and sharing sector, but he will remain in your travel, laws, and knowledge sector. Saturn is in your personal wealth, salaries, wages, assets, net worth, and self-worth sector. He has moved very close to the edge as if he is about to enter your “me” sector, but he will remain in your wealth and worth sector. The opposition is between your “money” and your “global” sectors. Religious holidays, seasonal travel, political donations, church tithing, college tuition, legal expenses, media campaigns, etc are costing you too much money or they are interfering with your ability to earn more money. Saturn causes you to be more frugal, depressed, bitter, and/or conservative about your finances than what Jupiter thinks you should be about having a sense of adventure in the world. Just be cautious when balancing your financial goals and need for financial security with your desire to get involved in political, religious, cultural, academic, legal, travel, and media related activities.
From January 29th through February 3rd, Venus is opposing Mars. Venus is in your marriage, best friends, business partnerships, rivals, competitors, and enemies sector. Mars is in Virgo and your “me” sector. You and a partner or rival are not seeing eye-to-eye. They are trying to be diplomatic, but you are too angry to really listen just yet. Do what you can to try to smooth things over, do not say or do anything that you will regret later, and be glad that it is a short-term dynamic.
New Developments:
February 3rd Neptune enters Pisces and your seventh house. He will stay here until 2025. In Pisces, Neptune is literally at home. Neptune rules over Pisces and the concepts of mental health, attitudes, addictions, self-destruction, dishonesty, gullibility, emotional well-being, inner peace, intuition, secrets, spiritual mysteries, paranormal activities, charities, hospitals, prisons, corporations, bureaucracies, and other hidden forces that work behind the scenes. Neptune will be stronger here than he has been in a very long time. He will do his best to bring out the loving, compassionate, peaceful, charitable, and magical elements of Pisces. However, there will be times when other planets are clashing with Neptune and he will instead bring deceit, delusion, and bureaucratic red tape into our lives. For Virgo, Neptune will be in your seventh house of marriage, best friends, business partnerships, and competitors (think yin-yang). Neptune’s time in seventh house Pisces can romanticize the concepts of marrying a best friend. He can work to bring magic, mystery, compassion, and idealism into your marriage. Professional partnerships can benefit from Neptune’s creativity and ability to maneuver through bureaucracy and red tape. Best friends could have an almost psychic bond during this time. Unfortunately, like all of the other planets, Neptune has his dark side and can bring dishonesty, secrets, gullibility, self-destruction, addictions, and “fogginess” into your partnerships. It could be that your partners are being flaky or you could be the undependable one. In a marriage, it can be tempting to decide (with Neptune’s idealism) that maybe the grass would be greener in other pastures. Unfortunately, it is your partnership sector that is hosting Neptune, so even if you were to leave to look for someone else, you would still have the Neptunian influence affecting any new partnerships. This is equally true of social and professional partnerships too. Neptune brings great “magic” and great “destruction” to whatever he touches depending on which planets are working with him and which ones are clashing with him.
February 7th hosts a full moon in your emotional, spiritual, paranormal, charitable, bureaucratic, mysteries, and secrets sector. Full moons are for grand finales, endings, closure, and “ta-da!” moments. There is nothing negatively affecting this one, so you should be able to accomplish, finalize, and/or complete any emotional, spiritual, charitable, or bureaucratic goals or projects you might be working on. This is also a good time for ending any self-destructive behaviors, negative self-talk, or gloomy attitudes. Mercury is helping to add intelligence, business savvy, commitments, and/or communications to this positive ending in your life.
From February 7th through the 11th, Venus is traveling with Uranus. These two planets love to have fun and get quirky together. They can create love at first sight, creative genius, delightful flirting, and wonderful charm. For you, they are in your trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, loyalty, joint finances, joint ventures, investments, stock options, commissions, royalties, tips/gratuities, taxes, child support, alimony, inheritances, and other forms of profit sharing sector. Together, they can bring more charm, sex appeal, friendly compassion, and delightful social skills into your love life. You could also find yourself enjoying some unexpected financial brainstorming ideas.
From February 11th through the 14th, Mercury is traveling with Neptune. As mentioned before, Neptune has recently changed locations and is still working well with Saturn. Mercury and Neptune are creating positive emotional, spiritual, paranormal, intuitive, charitable, and/or bureaucratic energy for you and your partners to work with. Saturn is still in your personal wealth sector. This is a good time for you and a spouse, best friend, or business partner to focus on your joint financial goals.
From February 13th through the 17th, Venus and Pluto are not getting along very well. Venus is in your trust and sharing, intimacy, fidelity, loyalty, joint finances, joint ventures, investments, stock options, commissions, royalties, tips/gratuities, taxes, child support, alimony, inheritances, and other forms of profit sharing sector. Pluto is in your personal pleasure, romance, lovers, playtime, children, pets, hobbies, creativity, luxuries, and happiness sector. Venus and Pluto rule over all forms of wealth and seduction, so this could be a financial battle or an issue involving sexual or romantic differences. You and a lover could be dealing with infidelity, trust issues, or differing sexual needs. Joint finances could have the two of you stressed out and unable to really enjoy yourselves. It is also possible that children or pets are causing trust issues (like when they cannot be trusted to be left home alone). If you work in a happiness industry (music, theatre, fine dining, vacations, luxury sales, pet stores, etc), you could find that revenues are low or you are having a hard time collecting your fair share of the profits.
From February 15th through the 16th, Mercury and Jupiter are creating a bit of good luck, business savvy, and fun. Mercury is still in your marriage, best friends, business partners, rivals, enemies, and competitors sector. Jupiter is still in your legal, academic, cultural, religious, political, media, and travel sector. Together, they help you negotiate lucrative financial contracts, legal settlements, peace agreements, legal partnerships, etc. They also help the two of you to find entertaining ways to get involved in various academic, cultural, and travel related activities.
From February 15th through the 21st, the sun steps into the same location where Mercury used to be when he was helping Neptune and Saturn. Once again, you and your partner are given another chance to work towards your financial goals.
From February 16th through April 1st, Jupiter and Pluto are working together in a strong and powerful manner. These are two of the Titans of the Zodiac. When they fight, it is awful and when they cooperate with one another, we are all blessed. Pluto rules over trust and sharing; this includes fidelity and various forms of profit sharing. Jupiter rules over knowledge, luck, and global awareness among other things. Pluto is in professional, responsible, and civic-minded Capricorn. Jupiter is in frugal, cautious, and reliable Taurus. They were part of the big ugly planetary mess back in 2009 and 2010 that made it so hard for us to deal with political, cultural, economic, social, corporate, and governmental challenges. Four of the five big planets were involved. These are the first two to begin playing nice together. Globally, we should see strong, smart, cautious economic growth finally begin to take hold. Politically and culturally, people could feel a bit conservative and cautious. That does not necessarily mean they will vote for their country’s “conservative party” but that they will be very mindful of who really does have our long-term financial and economic security in mind. We will not want our leaders making foolish or risky choices. We will look towards companies, governments, and other employers to pay an honest wage for an honest day’s work. That might seem like a no-brainer, but it has been missing from our political leaders for too long. For Virgo, your personal pleasure, romance, lovers, playtime, children, pets, hobbies, creativity, luxuries, and happiness sector is getting along quite nicely with your long-distance travel, relocation, languages, cultures, religions, laws, politics, universities, mass media, and global awareness sector. This is a great time to travel with loved ones, explore other cultures, take fascinating college classes, fall in love with people who were raised in cultures quite different from your own, learn exotic new hobbies, open your mind to other people’s points of view, and find ways to have fun while broadening your horizons.
From February 17th through the 18th, Mercury is also working with Pluto. Mercury rules negotiations, intelligence, bargaining, commerce, and contracts. He is in the area of your chart that governs partnerships and rivalries. He can help you to make sure that your spouse, best friend, or business partner is ready to join you in your fun and adventurous new hobbies. It is a great time for date nights, playful outings with a best friend, and for business partnerships involving happiness industries.
February 21st hosts a new moon in your partnerships and rivalries sector. New moons are for beginnings, conceptions, fresh starts, launchings, etc. This new beginning in your life is tied up in the positive energies between Neptune and Saturn. New moons in the partnerships and rivalries sector promote new lovers, best friends, or business partners, becoming engaged, getting married, and/or you and a pre-existing partner agreeing to a fresh start between you or deciding to launch a new project together. It can also mean new enemies, competitors, or rivals, or new dramas from a pre-existing enemy. With Saturn’s positive blessings, the two of you could find long-term financial stability is part of this new beginning in your partnerships sector.
From February 21st through the 24th, Mercury is opposing Mars. Mercury is still in your marriage, best friends, business partnerships, rivals, competitors, and enemies sector. Mars is still in Virgo and your “me” sector. Once again, you and a partner or rival are not seeing eye-to-eye. With Mercury and Mars involved, this is a smart and passionate debate.
From February 23rd through the 26th, the sun takes his turn working with Jupiter the same way that Venus and Mercury already have. Once again, you and a partner are able to enjoy academic, cultural, religious, political, media, and/or travel-related activities together. It is also a great time for legal commitments, settlements, and agreements between you and a partner or rival.
From February 26th through the 29th, the sun shifts focus and begins working with Pluto to make sure that your partner is in the mood to join you in your romantic, playful, and/or creative projects. Jupiter and Pluto are still working together to help you with your academic, cultural, and travel related goals. On the 26th, the sun is helping both ends of this dynamic.
From February 29th through March 5th, the sun opposes Mars the same way that Venus and Mercury did. Once again, you and your partner or rival are disagreeing. This time, the sun helps you to see things from their perspective, but you are still ticked off.
From February 29th through March 6th, Venus is opposing Saturn. Venus is in your fidelity, loyalty, joint assets, investments, commissions, and profits sector. Saturn is in your personal wealth, salaries, wages, assets, net worth, and self-worth sector. Both of your financial sectors are clashing. Usually this means that you are dealing with “mine” versus “ours”, commissions versus salaries, or investments versus earned income debates. You could also be struggling with a choice between fidelity/trust issues and self-respect/self-worth. Luckily, this is a short-term dynamic and it does not have to be a major life changing decision.
